These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of DoraSkilled and the services provided through it. DoraSkilled is a brand operated by Happy Recruiter S.A. (Târgu Mureș, Str. Constantin Silvestri 9/1, Mureș County, Romania; Trade Registry J26/377/2010; CIF RO27016351). By placing an order you enter into a binding agreement with Happy Recruiter S.A. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the service.
“Client” means the company or organisation that places an order for the service. “Dora” means the automated recruitment assistant that sources, contacts, interviews and qualifies candidates. “Service” means the on-demand recruitment service offered under the DoraSkilled brand. “Order” means a recruitment project you configure and submit on this website. “Happy Recruiter account” means the recruiter workspace (mini-ATS) in which your candidates are delivered.
DoraSkilled is an on-demand recruitment service. You describe who you need; Dora searches across multiple channels, contacts and interviews candidates, verifies role-relevant information and delivers qualified profiles. DoraSkilled is not an employment agency and is not a party to any employment relationship between you and a candidate. We provide sourcing and pre-qualification only; hiring decisions are yours.
The service is intended for companies acting as employers or recruiters. Orders must be placed using a corporate email address; free/personal email providers are not accepted. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the Client and that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
After you submit an order you receive a confirmation email. Recruitment begins once you confirm the order — by using the confirmation link or by replying to the email — thereby confirming that you placed the order, that we may create your Happy Recruiter account, and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may refuse or cancel any order at our reasonable discretion, including where information is incomplete or inaccurate or where a request appears unlawful.
Your first recruitment project is offered free of charge up to a value of €100. Orders whose value exceeds this amount are not available under the introductory offer. The voucher is limited to one per Client, is non-transferable and has no cash value.
The price of a recruitment project is shown before you place the order and depends on factors such as profession, country, experience, availability and certifications. Beyond the introductory voucher, paid orders are invoiced and, where applicable, VAT is charged according to the Client’s billing country and VAT status. Prices may change, but changes are not retroactive and do not affect orders already confirmed.
Qualified candidates are made available in your Happy Recruiter account and appear in your daily agenda. Delivery times are indicative and depend on the role, location and availability of candidates. We do not guarantee a specific number of candidates or a specific outcome.
You agree to use the service in good faith and to submit genuine vacancies with accurate, non-discriminatory details. You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose, must comply with all applicable employment and data-protection laws, and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform. You agree not to solicit for employment any Happy Recruiter staff.
All intellectual property in the DoraSkilled and Happy Recruiter platforms, brands, content and software belongs to Happy Recruiter S.A. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or otherwise exploit it without our prior written consent.
The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will produce any particular result. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Each party will comply with applicable data-protection law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). Our processing of personal data in connection with the service is described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service, with immediate effect, in the event of a material or persistent breach of these terms or where we reasonably believe the service is being misused.
We may update these terms from time to time by publishing a revised version on this website. Changes are not retroactive. Your continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Târgu Mureș (Mureș County, Romania) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
