DoraSkilled is a brand operated by Happy Recruiter S.A. (Târgu Mureș, Str. Constantin Silvestri 9/1, Mureș County, Romania; Trade Registry J26/377/2010; CIF RO27016351). Happy Recruiter S.A. is the controller of the personal data you provide when you use the service. Personal data is stored within the European Union and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
When you place an order we collect the information you submit: company name, business email address, billing country and VAT details, and the requirements of your recruitment project (profession, location, experience, certifications, languages and related preferences). When you use your Happy Recruiter account we also process login information and activity related to the candidates delivered to you.
We use your data to process and confirm your order, source and deliver candidates, verify that orders are placed by genuine companies, communicate with you about your recruitment project, provide and secure your Happy Recruiter account, produce internal statistics to improve the service, and comply with our legal obligations.
We process your data on the basis of the performance of our contract with you (these Terms & Conditions), our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
We do not sell your data. Candidate delivery is handled through the Happy Recruiter platform. We share data only with processors that help us provide the service (such as hosting, email and payment providers), who are contractually bound to keep it confidential and use it only on our instructions. We may disclose data to public authorities, courts or regulators where legally required or to address fraud or security issues.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we do so in compliance with applicable data-protection law, using European Commission standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We keep account and order data for as long as needed to provide the service and, where required to evidence the contractual relationship, for a limited archival period afterwards. We retain data no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your personal data, and to object to certain processing based on our legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at daprof@happyrecruiter.com. We respond within 30 days, though complex requests may take longer.
